One of our client “Leading Conglomerate/ Business House” is looking to hire for the position of IT helpdesk Support Engineer as per given details:
Location : Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration : 1 Year Renewable Contract
Job Description :
4- 6 yrs of experience
Experience in ITIL Process and workflows
Provide Service Desk functionality by (Call Logging, call routing, call tracking, call closing) as per IT Service Desk internal processes.
Provide level 1 support either by remote or on-site visit.
Perform day-to-day checklist for all Client Infrastructure using available tools and processes.
Resolve Incident as per Client set priorities and escalation to next level.
Ensuring that the Incident management process operates effectively and efficiently and provides recommendations for improvement.
Escalate to ICT Customer Support Line Manager if Service Levels are breached or going to be breached.
Ensure that all incidents have been recorded and gone through proper categorization and classification
Implement security and solution aligned with IT Security standard and policies as per ISO27001 standards.
Prepare analysis & statistical reporting.
Monitor the resolution of tickets against Service Level Agreement metrics.
Contribute to planning tasks, take responsibility for own actions.
Comply with relevant regulatory and practice requirements. Manage software distribution and windows update
ITIL Certification is must . UAE Driving License is must
